Publisher eligibility
Publishers must provide accurate information during registration and maintain accurate account information while using Error09.
Publisher responsibilities
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that their traffic sources, content, promotional methods, and activities comply with applicable laws and the requirements of individual opportunities.
Prohibited activity
Publishers must not use fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise prohibited methods to generate traffic, leads, conversions, or other performance outcomes.
Account status
Error09 may review accounts and may restrict or suspend access where there is suspected misuse, inaccurate information, policy violations, or security concerns.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Error09 platform and publisher program evolve.
